METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE STAGE OF DEGRADATION THE HEAT RESISTANT STEEL


Purpose of the development: Destination - the invention relates to methods of determining the state of metal, in particular heat-resistant steels used for thermal power generation, chemical and petroleum industries.

Recommended application field: Combined heat and power, chemical, oil and gas industry.

Advantages over analogues: In contrast to the known methods for determining the degree of degradation of heat-resistant steel in the course of their operation, the developed method can significantly improve the accuracy of determining the state of the controlled object, the speed of the work and reduce the cost of diagnosis. The timely implementation of the planned proposed method makes it possible to predict the critical state of the metal and the prevention of accidents.

Features: The proposed method allows for accurate assessment of the microstructural degradation of the metal non-destructive method, provide the ability to perform measurements directly on the elements of natural objects and determine the actual running state of the material paroginnyh pipes and their remaining life on the basis of the established correlation between the structural-phase state and the electrochemical parameters of the metal. When implementing the method of controlled metal reacted with an electrolyte placed in the electrolyte and electrode electrochemical parameter register.
