Recommended application field: Fields of application: protection against atmospheric corrosion of large structures, bridges, tanks, etc., as well as protection from gas-abrasive wear of the heating elements of boilers of thermal power plants. The coatings can be applied in the oil and gas, energy, transport and other areas of the economy of Ukraine.

Advantages over analogues: Advantages: The developed electric Metallizator allows you to:       - To obtain coatings with low porosity 3-5%, corrosion and abrasion resistance;       - To reduce the roughness of the aluminum and zinc coatings with Rz - 50-60 microns to Rz - 40-45 mm, which allows a 20-30% decrease          paint consumption for subsequent refinishing;       - To provide wear-resistant coating of flux-cored wires can increase the life of the heating          CHP boiler components at 2-3.
