N- acylethanolamines intended for use as medicaments for: protection of cells, cell organelles , tissues and organs from damage and the action of pathogenic factors for the purpose of pharmacotherapy of atherosclerosis , coronary heart disease, angina at rest and stress , acute coronary syndrome, in a functional and organic liver damage and preservation of donor organs ; opiate addiction , intoxication of the CNS, as well as for the treatment of other conditions accompanied by hypoxia and ischemia of organs and tissues , reperfusion syndrome , oxidative stress , intoxication , drug abuse , prevention of irreversible structural changes in membranes and also essential for increasing the resistance of tissues and organs to damaging factors in humans and animals; inhibition of allergic reactions and nonspecific inflammation; accompanying antitumor therapy, and treatment of diabetes and its types.
