Purpose of the development:
Powder and granules " Biomins " are intended for use in dentistry and orthopedics :
• to remove bone defects , activation of reparative processes and prevention of postoperative bone loss during surgical procedures such as: tooth extraction , cystectomy , cekvestrektomiya , gingivoosteotomiya and gingivoosteoplastika about periodontal disease , vital pulpectomy subtotal resection tooth apex ;
• to seal the root canal of periodontitis ,
• for filling bone cavities of different configurations generated during surgical treatment of injuries and diseases of the consequences of the musculoskeletal system .

Material Biomins white or pale - pink powder with particle size of 40 microns and the porous granules 80-100 , 200-400 , 400-600 , 600-800 micrometers, 0.8-1.0 , 1.0 -2.0 mm , and the porous article of the size of the defect. Produced powders and granules of the following composition :
• Biomins T ( Biomins Gg * ) - hydroxyapatite ;
• Biomins T ? - Tricalcium phosphate
• Biomins GT- hydroxyapatite with ? - Tricalcium phosphate
• Biomins SFS hydroxyapatite ceramic doped with silver

Specifications bone material :
Hydroxyapatite (HAP ) Ca10 (PO4) 6 (OH) 2 - full chemical and crystal- analog mineral matter mammal bones , which makes the unique biological properties of GAP : absolute bioavailability and immune compatibility - the ability to stimulate bone formation , bone- spliced , to serve the building blocks for the synthesis of and bone comprise bone replacement implant of HAP .
? - tricalcium phosphate ( ? -TCP )?-Ca3 (PO4) 2 full chemical analogue of a mineral bone . Also possesses absolute biocompatibility due to mismatch but the crystal structure and improved solubility as compared with HAP resorbs more rapidly in the body.
The most popular two-phase ceramics based on GAP and TCP , by creating a gradient structure of the implant in the interaction with the physiological medium . Upon dissolution of the soluble phase of a TCP , stored frame of GAP , while increasing its porosity which increases the contact area with the bone cells . This process improves the flow of the regeneration of bone tissue.
