Patent application is pending and Ukrpatent Rospatent. UTRECS " C- 40. Flow-type cryostat (He-N2) is used in conjunction with optical microscopes for research in a wide temperature range 40 - 1000 K. Patent application is pending and Ukrpatent Rospatent. " UTRECS " V- 30. When used in conjunction with a scanning electron microscope type REMMA -102 for research in the temperature range 5 - 300 K. Patent application is pending and Ukrpatent Rospatent.
