The spectrometers can be used for quality control of vacuum gas exchange processes, spraying, welding, catalysis composition gas mixtures in process lines and sealed objects (for example, in electronic components). Characteristic examples include mass spectrometry systems for controlling the moisture content in buildings chips hydrogen lung alloys, organic impurities in the water and air mass spectrometer system for analyzing geological rock thermal installation for the study of molecular beams. The composition of the device can be selected jointly by the customer and developer for reasons of minimal sufficiency in accordance with the tasks, as well as further increasing the rate of construction. Mass spectrometers equipped with a standard interface to connect to computers and advanced software, made in the program for Windows.
