Purpose of the development: The analysis of polyvalent micromagnetic information on voltages and structure of ferromagnetic materials.

Recommended application field: Fields of application: - Control of residual and impressed voltage and surface plastic deformation; - Determination of hardened case thickness; - The plotting of residual stress distribution diagrams according to depth; - The estimation of voltage in surface layers.Control of the thickness, width of the profile of the transition zone of the surface layers hardened by laser, plasma, and other types of treatment; - The detection of grinding burns and hardness of carbon and alloy steel, and other properties of materials, which are correlated with magnetic noise parameters.

Computerized magnetonoise analyzer Introscan is based on magnetic Barkhausen effect. Due to original ingeneering technical solutions and an embedded computer with operating system Windows CE the device gives new opportunities and does not have counterparts. It secures the automatic construction and storage of almost unlimited number of calibration curves, and the plotting of voltage diagram in the sector 180 * (using a 4-pole sensor).
