Description of the development:
() Mikrosklerometer consists of a mechanical loading device, the electronic control unit and a computer program controls the mode of measurement and data processing. Mechanical loading consists of a two-coordinate system moving indenter and three groups of strain gauges used to record the value of the lateral displacement of the normal deflection and reaction material impact on the indenter in a lateral direction. The electronic control unit allows configuration of static (indentation) and dynamic (sclerometry) measurement modes. In dynamic mode, adjustable length, speed and the number of reciprocating cycles scratching. The electronic unit provides the interface to the PC via RS232 and receive control signals transmitted by a computer program, as well as digitizing and transmitting their manufacturing program, which serves as a control and data processing. Works with the operating systems MS Windows 95 and above. (Hardware requirements PI/64/300, the presence of COM port).
