Purpose of the development: Development of technology for natural red edge of carriers used in the food industry

Advantages over analogues: Proposed technological methods, being new, simple, environmentally friendly and economically profitable, unlike conventional techniques allow to obtain dyes completely, without compromising quality and quantity.

Natural food colors, along with anthocyanins, possess antimutagenic, antibacterial, antioxidant properties, as well as P-vitamin activity, are rich in pectin, sugars, macro and micronutrients. Along with the food coloring and cosmetic products from pink to dark red shades natural dyes increase bioavailability and increase the shelf life of the above products.
