AUTOMATED SORTER AS-1
Purpose of the development:
The electromagnetic sorting of steel and cast iron products according to quality of intensifier hardening, thermal treatment, cast iron type, etc.
Recommended application field:
Performs high-speed non-destructive testing and sorting of small-sized products, depending on the quality of their thermal treatment, hardness values, the deviations of the geometry, coating or surface layer condition. It may be applied for complex nondestructive testing of small-sized mouldings, machine work products, press forming or forging products in engineering industry.

Description of the development:
() The device is a table model monoblock. The display and keyboard are located on the front panel and the power circuit breaker and supply line fuse - on the back panel. The device control is carried out with the help of four keys, located on the front panel, and the information about the current status and the measurement result is shown on the dot matrix liquid crystal display.
The device allows to input and to keep the value of start readout, minimum and maximum rejection limits without supply. It automatically informs the operator that the measured value is out of established rejection limits by displaying messagesw NON-DEFECTIVE or DEFECTIVE
and automatically separates non-defective and defective details into two independent storage units.
