Description of the development:

The mold consists of a case, slide with a base, vertical flanges, wedge-shaped notches, a changeable cassette, punch, shape-generating elements and pressing plates. The punch and internal surfaces of pressing plates have the conical form. The punch in perimeter is equipped with spherical elements. The use of changeable shape-generating inserts allows to press bars with a rectangle and trape-zoidal form.
