Purpose of the development: Intended for protection of the surfaces of metal shaft's bars from corrosive environment.

Recommended application field: Enterprises of Paper-Cardboard, Printing, Food, Light Industry, Machine-Building Industry, Building Industry.

Technical characteristic: Shaft's functions: bearing, hold-down, supporting, forming;linear load on the shaft- till 100кН/м;operational conditions for the shafts: environment - air, water, presence of powering, рН -3-13; temperature -1--110 С, on the contact surface -up to 160 С;surface (elastic layer):couplant: mortars of different chemistries, lacquers, paints on hydroalcoholic bases, polar solvents, food items;material - rubber and polyurethane;hardness -37-90 units SHORE; thickness - 3-20 mm.

USRDTI "DINTEM" has elaborated the normative documentation for rubber shafts for textile, metallurgical industry equipment, for producing of polymer film and lacquering them.The material choice (the development of the receipt of rubber mix) for producing of elastic surface and protection of the surfaces of metal shaft's bars from corrosive environment are accomplished according to the operational conditions.The quality shaft's covering with conservation of high holding strength of the elastic layer with metal is ensured.USRDTI "DINTEM" enjoys the possibility to apply the elastomeric coverings on the shaft with the weight up to 6 tons, diameter - 800 mm, length - 6m. The shafts with the diameter up to 400mm, length - 1,5 m can be processed (polished). Bigger shaft are processed at co-operating plant.
