Description of the development: () Polyvinylchloride catheter with lenght of 10-12 cm is put at the pointed end of a conic plastic bougie. The catheter has cup-pointed distal end avd diameter, which is significaantly less than bougie diameter. It provides rigid installation of the catheter on the bougie without additional fixation.
