Description of the development: () The frame device is made as a sliding telescopic frame. Its proximal end thereof is equipped with an arc for the axillary crease with possibility to cover it bottom, front and rear. This provides a rigid and stable fixation of patient's shoulder girdle. A countersupport for iliac bone comb is equipped with a plate with holes and rod that increases reposition possibility of the device. Shortening or lengthening of the rod eliminates displacement of humeral bone fragments along lenght. Rotational displacement of fragments is eliminated by moving forearm a horizontal plane.
