Purpose of the development: A principally new products for the food industry and technical purposes with the optimum ratio "price-quality''.

Recommended application field: Food industry and technical purposes.

Advantages over analogues: Moisture content not more than 20%, mass fraction of ash no more than 0.3-1.0%, acidity - no more than 20 mL of 0.1-n. NaOH solution to neutralize 100 g of dry substance, relative viscosity of an water paste with a mass fraction of 9% at 60 * C for up to 35c, the strength of starch-sugar jelly - 800-1000 g.

Oxidised starch is a homogeneous, white powder, produced by oxidation of potato or corn starch with or without a catalyst. Technology is fully prepared for deployment.
