PROPHILACTIC BABY FOOD ON THE BASIS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
Purpose of the development:
Production of sealed jars with baby food, containing functional ingredients, allowing to create a balanced products of a new generation with required physiological effect.
Recommended application field:
Fruit and vegetable food processing industries.
Advantages over analogues:
It is proved that preserves through selected nutrient formula contributed to the filling macronutrient deficiency (Mg, Ca), and the normalization of phosphorus-calcium-magnesium exchange. Canned recommended for children under the age of 8 months to 3 years as a component of the diet for the normalization of sleep, reduce anxiety, improve care and activity during the game. Technology and formulations allow to expand assortment of baby foods and to bring the powerful contribution into improvement of children health by means of lowering of risk of diseases.
