Description of the development:
() The technologies for the production of sweets and recipes low-protein (in the form of cookies and cakes) and concentrated foods - cereals, dry mixes for baking at home cakes, cookies, and gluten-free food concentrates - breakfast cereals (pads) and cereals. Technology are introduced at enterprises of the Republic of Belarus, producing confectionery and food concentrates.
