THE PROCEDURE OF ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY INCREASING OF FUNGAL STRAINS - PRODUCER OF HYDROLASES WITH USE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC IRRADIATION IN MM-DIAPASON
Purpose of the development:
Getting the hydrolytic activity of enzyme preparations (pectinase, amylase, cellulase) with high-tech properties for food and juice industry, manufacture of wine, beer, ethanol, starch production.
Recommended application field:
Food industry.

Advantages: increased biosynthesis of hydrolytic enzymes on 28,0-43,0% reduction in the duration of cultivation producing strains for 24-48 hours.
Novelty: the use of hydrolytic enzymes as producers of new strains micromycetes - Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P - producing pectinases, Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C - producing cellulases, Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 02 and Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06 - amylase producers.
