COMPLEX OF DETONATION-PLASMA TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR APPLICATION THE BIOCOMPATIBLE PERCOLATION CERAMICS FROM HYDROXYLAPATITES ON TITANIUM IMPLANTS
Purpose of the development:
Developed and implemented a process flow diagram and made gamma processing units for detonation-plasma deposition of thin layers of porous biocompatible ceramic hydroxyapatite on the surface of titanium dental and orthopedic implants to improve their survival rate in the body.

Description of the development:
() Technologies provide a range of porosity hydroxyapatite layer 10 ... 15% coating thickness - 0.05 ... 0.20 mm, the coating adhesion to the substrate is not less than 10 MPa.
The developed technology and equipment can also be used for local (area 2.1 sq cm) of application (for repairs) of all types of coatings systems "metal-nonmetal," "non-metal-nonmetal" at low temperatures (50-150 * C), in including - in difficult areas without dismounting.
Use as laboratory and teaching equipment.
Current operational status: production model, waste optimal modes of deposition of biocompatible coatings produced technical documentation. Total development cost: 370,000 hryvnia.
