Developed and implemented a process flow diagram and made gamma processing units for application and attachment to the surface of the polymer films thin layers of porous biocompatible ceramics of hydroxyapatite and preparations based on these filters with large active surface area of the adsorbent. Water filtration after fine cleaning industrial technology allows you to use the technology to reduce for 30 minutes, the contents of heavy metals (Fe, Ag, Ni, Cu) at 8-10. Readiness stage of development: pre-production models, experimental studies, technical documentation prepared for serial production. Total development cost: 350,000 hryvnia. Payback period: 1 year.
