DEVICE FOR MEASURING THE QUALITY ELECTRICAL ENERGY


Purpose of the development: The development is designed for use in power when setting up a network of correcting and compensating devices for their effective work, to organize activities to ensure compliance with the standards of quality of electric power, for the imposition of penalties on consumers, which could affect the quality of electricity.

Description of the development:

Brief description : The aspect ratio of negative sequence voltage , the ratio of the residual voltage , frequency and voltage deviation . The method consists in that the data entered in the memory of microprocessor measuring device . For this digitization is performed first signal input to the input unit. The resultant input signal is processed by the digital filter . Digital filters are implemented so as to replace complex expressions used in the indirect methods of measuring quality parameters of electrical energy , which in turn reduces the computational cost , and hence to reduce the cost of the microprocessor unit of measurement. The processed data is provided to display or collect for a more detailed analysis of the processes occurring in the electrical network . After that, according to the results obtained and a conclusion on compliance of quality standards established by GOST - 13109 -97 . If quality indicators do not meet the standards , measures are being taken to normalize the set of indicators or the imposition of fines on organizations that degrade the performance of quality of electric energy. The development is ready for use at the current layout. Further research is needed , related to the specific input to optimize the structure of mathematical models and microprocessor unit of measurement.
