Purpose of the development: This complex is designed for input, processing, storage, visualization, and defining the basic parameters of acoustic oscillations (voice) to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of voice disorders.

Recommended application field: Medicine. Education.

Advantages over analogues: The complex uses dual system removal of acoustic data using a microphone and vibration sensor, which gives the opportunity to make more objective and detailed conclusions about the state of the patient. Novelty: The paper is a theoretical and practical. This complex is the first of a new generation of low-cost equipment, allows the doctor to determine the type phoniatrics more authentic voice, assess the state of the vocal apparatus, to document changes in the voice signal during the treatment, as well as significantly improve the ability to detect violations of voice and thus ensure the timely and effective treatment.

The development stage readiness: Pre-production model is made

Technical and economic effect: The cost of one of the complex at small-lot production - up to 20,000 USD. Can be implemented in Ukraine - up to 400 systems per year. The need in Ukraine - 2300 complexes (1 to 20,000 inhabitants). Payback in health care is about 2-6 months.

The hardware part of the complex consists of a measuring unit and a personal computer. Measurement module allows for the removal of data from the microphone and vibration sensor. The software part of the complex is functionally consists of two subsystems: - Subsystem for patient database; - Analyzing and processing subsystems of the acoustic signals. The complex will be effective for use in: - Mass diagnosing patients; - Professional selecting specific groups of occupations; - Objective quantitative monitoring of treatment effectiveness. Experimental model, application software development, implementation done.
