Hardware-software complex ( PAC) contains two separate developments: rotary type viscometer systems and data to your computer (via the functional elements - a magnet , Hall sensors and a microcontroller ) with their subsequent processing special software " viscometer " . Authors managed to solve the problem of availability and maintainability of equipment and methods for evaluating the viscosity-temperature operating parameters of materials. The project is intended for the following tasks : . determine the parameters of viscosity operational materials; . study the temperature dependence of viscosity- performance materials by plotting the viscosity-temperature characteristics (BTX ) . determine the grade of operational material BTX ; . comparison of quality performance materials based on BTX . Operational parameters PAK : . Measurement range 4-650 cSt viscosity ; . measurement accuracy 4 cSt . State of readiness of the development : prototype of the individual and conducted experimental studies for the implementation of techniques. On the basis of the PAC developed two labs for the educational process.
