HARDWARE-SOFTWARE COMPLEX ESTIMATION OF THE BEARING SYSTEMS OF VEHICLES VIBRATION LOADS
Purpose of the development:
Hardware-software complex evaluation Vibration loads bearing systems of vehicles intended for the following tasks :
. determine acceptable parameters Vibration loads of frame structures of vehicles;
. study patterns of change operational dynamic coefficients of structural elements carrying vehicle systems to refine their methods of design and analysis ;
. study of natural frequencies vehicle frames and use;
. study of patterns of influence of defects on the frame structure of the amplitude- frequency characteristics of vibration in the structural elements for the development of new tools for diagnosis of technical condition of frames.

Description of the development:
() Hardware-software complex (PAC) is designed to determine the parameters of the dynamic vibration acceleration component of the load in the machine structure.
Operational parameters PAK:
. vibroacceleration defined within (+ / -1,7 g) on two axes;
. operating temperature range is between - 40-125 ° C;
. maximum measurement speed - 533 thousand samples / second;
. sampling frequency of 1000 samples / second per channel;
. resolution of 0,2 mg;
. maximum output filter cutoff frequency of 500 Hz accelerometer.
