The purpose of this development - to optimize the key parameters of electronic devices by studying the optical, electrical and thermal properties.
Recommended application field:
Electronics. Optoelectronics.
- LEDs. Determination and comparison of parameters such as electric and optical losses, and a serial thermal resistance, the ideality factor of the radiating structure of the core, and most important - the distribution of stray light and heating of space and time.
- Thermoelectric microcoolers. Measurement of spatial map "refrigeration" device efficiency, Joule losses, time constants, etc.
Advantages over analogues:
Provides high-performance, and evaluates the effectiveness of electric appliances. The measurement of parasitic micro-distribution of heat is determined by its evolution in time (ms), which affects the efficiency of the tested mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and optical products.
