VIRTUAL EDDY CURRENT FLAW PULSE TYPE-022
Purpose of the development:
Pulsed Eddy Current Flaw VIEW 022 is designed to detect defects such as cracks, cavities, discontinuities, corrosive ulcers, bundles in the surface and under the surface layers of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic conductive materials and alloys, as well as defects under the paint or other insulating coating.
Recommended application field:
Diagnostic system can be used to control the operation of structural elements of aviation, railway, automotive engineering, other engineering products, as well as repair works.

Description of the development:
() On the basis of a previously developed flaw using a programming environment LabVIEW, implemented virtual flaw having greater functionality compared to its real counterpart. Small external matching device connected to your computer sound card, acting as ADC and DAC virtual instrument. By this device is connected eddy current sensor.
