Mikrotsid is a product of life ( culture medium ) fungi Penicillium vitale Bilai et Pidoplitschko. During growth of the colonies , culture medium , due to the oxidation of glucose with enzymes of fungi, accumulates d- gluconic acid lactone and hydrogen peroxide. These substances have the ability to inhibit the growth of many strains of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria , showing antibiotic activity . Mikrotsid applied topically and absorbed into the bloodstream . Designed for external treatment of various wounds , burns, frostbite , abscesses , ulcers , purulent conjunctivitis effective against , otitis media , acute and chronic stomatitis , gingivitis , tonsillitis , chronic cystitis , cervical erosion and other inflammatory processes .
