Purpose of the development: The invention relates to a medicament having activity against viral pathogens and staphylococcal infections , profound systemic mycosis fungi and yeast , as well as to substances having the property of burn like in vitro, and in vivo, as well as a cosmetic effect. The drug is used topically in viral and purulent infections, fungal infections of the skin, arthritis, scoliosis , bursitis ah , burns I, II and III- rd degree . He possesses antitoxic action and neutralize the toxic effect of bees and mosquitoes, as well as other insects , relieves pain , itching, irritation , restores skin structure in its defeats, can be used in infectious diseases of the human skin , birds, cattle, sheep and cattle. The drug is also used orally for fungal infections of the mucous membranes of the internal organs , candidiasis of the upper respiratory tract and lungs , gastrointestinal tract , candidiasis and trichomoniasis urinary organs , for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia I and II-nd degree , urethritis and cystitis , restores the synthesis of form blood elements , dramatically enhances the immune status of the organism .

The medicament in liquid form is membrane- geptaenovogo macrolide antibiotic produced by microorganisms of Streptomyces. Not having analogues in the world capable of both drug and effectively inhibit the growth of viral, fungal infections and septic as in vivo, and in vitro. The tool used in the treatment of viral, fungal and staphylococcal infections , thermal and chemical burns, as in vitro, and in vivo, much higher than the efficiency of the treatment compared to the world analogs observed a high degree of resorption of the drug and selective action on pathogenic microorganisms.
