Boilers are completed functional mechanical engineering products . Boilers are certified in Ukraine and in the Russian Federation . For service requires one person with minimal time spent (2 h / day ) for loading and unloading the feed hopper ash from the ash container. A brief outline of the boiler : During operation of the hopper in an automatic mode fuel enters the combustion chamber mechanized where combustion occurs , followed by removal of burnt waste ash container. Combustion process is controlled automatic with maintaining a given temperature . Lack grate in the combustion chamber allows even high-calorie burn coal ( anthracite ) , while ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment. In the maintenance of boilers is not required to extinguish . In the base unit controlling the operation of a boiler equipped with a main controller parameters (temperature of water , the temperature of the exhaust gases , the amount of fuel in the hopper ), and the automatic cleaning of the heat exchanger .
