Purpose of the development: The unique technology of using the method abrading with "semi-combined" abrasive is designed to ensure uniform and high-quality processing of products especially complex spatial configuration in the final operations to produce parts.

Recommended application field: Engineering. Finishing on the stages of production, repair, strengthening and restoration of parts, such as: - Blades of aircraft engines and turbines; - The end of the cutting tool; - Cutting multifaceted carbide cutting inserts; - Parts such as gears; - Helical surfaces; - And other saws.

Advantages over analogues: Advantages of magnetic abrasive finishing , polishing - hardening machining of complex spatial configuration : - Ensuring the surface roughness of irregular shape with Ra <0,1-0,2 microns for a wide class of materials , such as aluminum alloys , copper, titanium , magnesium, structural and special steels and special heat-resistant hard alloys , technical ceramics , etc. ; - Forming a surface layer with increased hardness, compressive residual stresses , the gradient of the structure ; - Increase in the durability of the cutting tool is not less than 1.8 times ; - Improving the fatigue strength of the blades of aircraft engines by 15-18 % ; - Conducting sizing when forming thin edges on the blades and cutting tools ; - Rounding off sharp edges on the teeth of the gears ; - Performance is 4-5 times higher than conventional techniques of grinding and polishing ; - Uniform hardening of machined surfaces ; - Preparation of surfaces for coating by CVD and PVD; - Treatment of products with the deposition of thin coatings , removal of defects , hardening of coated parts
