TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

SOLAR CELLS BASED ON HETEROSTRUCTURES CDS / CDTE, CDS / CUINSE [2X] S [2] (1-X) AND SYSTEM OF ENERGY BASED ON FLEXIBLE SUPERCAPACITORS


Purpose of the development: Using the non-vacuum developed chemical methods for producing semiconductor films can be the basis for the development of mass production technologies solar modules.

Recommended application field: Energy and energy efficiency.

Technical characteristic: The main characteristics of the samples of flexible supercapacitors for use in the selection of electricity from solar panels: - Capacity 3-150 F; - Operating voltage - up to 6 V; - Operating temperature -15 to +65 C *.

Advantages over analogues: The developed method of chemical vapor deposition films CuInSe [2x] S [2] (1-x) has no analogues in the world, is simple in technological aspect, allows the use of different combinations of starting materials, and hence - to receive a wide range of multicomponent semiconductor compounds at temperatures <100 C *. Using the non-vacuum chemical methods produce films (Cds, CuInSe [2x] S [2] (1-x) heterostructures increases competitiveness film solar cells due to simplify and reduce the cost of their manufacturing process.

The development stage readiness: Pre-production model is made

Technical and economic effect: Flexible supercapacitor is marked as one of the top 100 research and development of the world in 2011 by the famous American version of the scientific journal "Journal of Research and Development" (2011 R & D 100 Awards). Develop a "flexible supercapacitor" made in conjunction with Taiwan Textile Experienced Institute (Taiwan).

Developed experimental models of thin film solar cells and n-CdS/p-CdTe n-CdS/p-CuInSe [2x] S [ 2] (1 -x) with the following characteristics: - Size up to 2 m. cm; - Open circuit voltage U = 0,65 B; - Short-circuit current I = 12mA . The prototype . Proposed laboratory technology for producing photosensitive heterostructures . Developed physico- chemical fundamentals of producing semiconductor films CdS, CdTe, CuInSe [2x] S [ 2] (1 -x); manufacture of flexible supercapacitor technology - a new generation of energy sources (DELC, UItra capacitor) for use in the selection of electrical energy from solar panels.
