TECHNOLOGY FOR CREATION OF NANOSTRUCTURES BASED ON SILICON NANOWIRES IN DEVICES FOR MICRO-AND NANOELECTRONICS FOR COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS

The use of alternative energy sources on the basis of regular arrays of micro-and nanocrystals of silicon substrates would save resources available - the traditional exhaustive minerals. Application technology of converters will reduce the cost of alternative energy sources are developed, which will meet the needs of mass consumers.
Description of the development:
() The proposed technology relates to methods for the preparation of nanostructured materials based on silicon devices for micro-and nanoelectronics . The technology involves the preparation of regular ensembles of nanowires and nanodots Si, Si - Ge CVD and LPCVD techniques using metals as catalysts . In particular , it is assumed to use a bid process for growing silicon nanowires which serve as field emission cathodes having better characteristics in comparison with existing analogues . In addition , the proposed technology provides the possibility of direct micro- alloying and nanocrystals Si, solid solution Si ( 1 - x ) Ge (x) with various impurities in the process of growing , which will continue to receive materials of different conductivity and control the properties of materials .
Designed the layout of sensors based on filamentous micro- and nanocrystals . The proposed technology for creating nanostructures based on silicon nanowire devices in micro-and nanoelectronics for communications and information systems are protected by patents of Ukraine: № 63926 , № 92962 .
