Advantages over analogues: First in Ukraine developed new technological solutions for the semiconductor ( silicon carbide ) and magnetic ( cobalt and nickel ferrites ) ultrafine multifunctional ceramics for extreme operating conditions. On the basis of systematic investigations of volume resistivity , magnetic permeability , physical, mechanical, operational properties and phase formation processes , formulated laws of formation of conductive and magnetic ultrafine ceramic. Full-scale tests carried out in a high- ceramic hall NIPKI "Lightning" NTU "KPI" penrsonala to protect against electromagnetic radiation. Established that developed new ceramic materials can reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation in the frequency range 50 Hz - 1200 MHz by 20-25 dB. This increases the reliability of the reduction of the electromagnetic field in the environment, in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.006-84 " radiofrequency electromagnetic fields . Permissible levels in the workplace and the requirements for monitoring ."
