Description of the development:
() First in the world synthesized and investigated new superhard carbon material - nanocomposite consisting of oriented graphite nanocrystals and amorphous diamond-like matrix as well as multilayer metal- carbon nanocomposites . Equipment designed and created Ultrahigh equipment for manufacturing carbon -based nanocomposites of high-energy ( 15 keV) ion beams of C60 , which allows the application of carbon films with a thickness of several nanometers to several microns of the ion beam a predetermined range of mass, energy and charge state . Developed as equipment , technology and research equipment necessary for the creation and validation of periodic multilayer metal-carbon nanocomposites magnetron sputtering .
