System functions: - Control of pressure, temperature and pouring into the tank top; - Determination of the density of oil in the reservoir; - Determining the level of oil in the reservoir; - Signaling of the tank; - Storage magazines status reservoir level, weight, temperature, oil. Basic technical solutions: The automated control system of reservoirs parks implemented on the basis of a series of controller SIMATIC S7-300 "SIEMENS" and PC "Pentium-333", which made the visualization of operational information on the process and archiving process parameters. The system consists of a central processor CPU-2DP and decentralized peripheral modules ET 200M. As the channels of communication between the PC and the CPU 315-2DP used MPI network. The modules are connected to the decentralized periphery CPU 315-2DP network PROFIBUS DP. The intrinsically safe circuit pressure sensors and temperature sensors are provided with special barriers.
