Today confirmed the key role of stem cells in the body tissue repair and replacement of dead cells belonging to different bodies , which makes them promising for practical use. It is important that such applications are suitable not only primitive cells - precursors of embryonic origin , but also cells from adult organisms. These latter include mesenchymal stem cells capable of in vitro and in vivo give rise to specialized cell lines , including cells that form muscle , bone , fat , and other connective tissue. - Is expected to create and study the properties of new biotech equivalents skin looking for temporary cover damaged by burns skin. Prototypes containing polymer matrices of natural and synthetic origin, and cell components. The structure of the dermal equivalents may further include use in treatment of burn disease therapeutic agents, such as metal ions (silver, manganese, zinc) , antibacterial agents , insulin and other biologically active substances. Benefits of the proposed development : 1. Innovative carriers of synthetic and natural origin , convenient to use , well kept , have high adhesiveness to the wound , causing additional therapeutic effects ( e.g. , adsorption of toxins formed due to collapse of the affected tissue and inflammation resulting from a wound ), and allow the input in the product , additional therapeutic agents that facilitate effective treatment of the wound; 2 . Use as a cell component MMSC adults , in particular isolated from human placenta mature . - Growing technology is expected to obtain functionally active cardiomyocytes in vitro ( using mesenchymal stem cells , recombinant growth factors and specialized culture media for standardized cellular material in sufficient quantities for practical use in medicine) . Benefits of the proposed development : 1. Ability to create a cell bank of standardized allogeneic cells; 2 . Use of mesenchymal stem cells having the relatively low immunogenicity ; 3 . The possibility of eliminating ekstraantigennyh donor cells during the culture cell population and reducing the risk of immune rejection of transplanted allogeneic cells.
