Purpose of the development: Propelled remote controlled complex (SDUK) is a remotely controlled mobile device used for: - Solid radioactive and hazardous toxic waste; - Reburial of radioactive waste at the Defense Ministry and the national economy; - Loading and unloading operations and road construction work in contaminated areas; - Elimination of the consequences of accidents involving radioactive, toxic and explosive substances.

Recommended application field: Warfare. Environmental safety.

Manage SDUK by the operator from the control panel , located at a distance of 1 km from the work site using the original design of radio system eliminates the presence of personnel in the work area and protects it from harmful factors. Composition SDUK : - Excavators - manipulator - Remote Control System (KFOR) - Television Vision System ( STZ ) - Technological equipment . TV Vision System ( STZ ) forms on the stereoscopic monitor operator volume black -and-white television image objects are located in the field of view cameras excavator -arm and the monitor display to control the current operational state of the video working mechanisms and powertrains. STZ oversees working tools in the trench dimensions : - The depth of 3.5 m, width 5 m , length 3.5 m ; - Field of view cameras deg. , However: in the vertical plane - 44, -58 in the horizontal ; - Power supply - DC voltage , V - 12 + / -0.1 ; - Continuous operation at least 8 hours . Apply additional technological devices and equipment for unloading of radioactive waste ( RAV ) and toxic substances ( nuclear explosion ) with emergency storage in the transport and protective containers and it significantly extends the scope of the complex: - Oversized for fragmentation ( disc cutter , shears ) - Loosening the material to be overloaded ( tooth - ripper) - For the destruction of solid material ( hammer ); - For pumping water or liquid radioactive waste ; - For the transport of containers or other equipment (trailer) .
