Purpose of the development: Screw drum filter is designed for the separation the separation of water from the sludge entering the waste water to the treatment plant.

Recommended application field: Water purification.

The filter is designed for installation in a concrete channel or stainless tub in the heated indoor tap and catch objects in water and undissolved particles of size 70x70 mm. Given the location of container cuttings below the filter settings , the filter is supplied with a special performance of atypical outlet conduit and a sliding runner. The filter press further has a device for blurring and sludge. The primary filter element is a rotary drum with a horizontal axis of rotation. Both open sides of the drum . The front side of the drum and enters the contaminated water flows through the perimeter of the drum. Sieve contained in the water are trapped dirt. When the drum rotates , these contaminants are carried in a trough together with the inserted screw conveyor equipment blur sludge press and the second side of the drum. Here blurred soft portion of the slurry and returned back into the water , where they will continue to be processed at the treatment plant . Nerazmyty sludge shall be made part of the screw into the press , where the volume reduction and water separation . The pressed sludge is then applied to the hopper and further to the container.
