Purpose of the development: The screw conveyor is designed to move the material from the hopper to the discharge hopper with a screw which rotates around its axis.

Recommended application field: Water purification.

Advantages over analogues: Features: - An extremely long service life due to special installation screws; - A significant strength of the mechanical installation screw pullout; - A large number of design options; - Made of stainless steel.

Screw is installed in a special plastic box which further profiled and shaped for easy promotion material forward along the entire length of the conveyor. Conveyor differs significant number of possible design options. It can accommodate and adapt to different operating conditions. On municipal wastewater treatment plants conveyor is used primarily to move the sludge from screens or to move dewatered sludge.
