NANOTECHNOLOGY IN WELDING AND ENGINEERING OF SURFACE


Purpose of the development: I.. Nanotechnology is designed for low alloyed steels. II. Developed multifunctional coatings based powders with nanoscale components. III. Developed new reinforced ceramic materials.

Recommended application field: Engineering. New coatings are used to restore the tanks in the chemical and food industries.

Advantages over analogues: - Use of technology for low alloyed high strength steels allows the use of cheaper domestic welding materials. - Multifunctional coatings can protect the items and designs for mechanical and corrosive environment.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: Implementation: Technology for low alloyed high strength steels introduced at Novokramatorsk engineering plant.

Description of the development:

I. . A technology with the introduction of the welding arc in the weld pool metal oxide nanopowders . Pressing the appropriate share of nanopowders are laid in bevels before welding. In the weld metal formed by the acicular ferrite structure , which is characterized by a combination of a high level of viscosity performance , ductility, and toughness of the metal. II . The coatings on the basis of powder mixtures with nanoscale components ( LDCs) and the powders clad ion- plasma method . Coating formed by plasma spraying technology and electron beam napekaniem , the hallmark of which is a high technology and environmental friendliness. III . New reinforced ceramic materials by application areas are divided into: - High-temperature structural and functional ( cathode assemblies and the like ); - Tools ( cutting tools) ; - Tribological ( seals hydraulic cylinders ) .
