I.. Nanotechnology is designed for low alloyed steels.
II. Developed multifunctional coatings based powders with nanoscale components.
III. Developed new reinforced ceramic materials.

New coatings are used to restore the tanks in the chemical and food industries.

- Use of technology for low alloyed high strength steels allows the use of cheaper domestic welding materials.

Technology for low alloyed high strength steels introduced at Novokramatorsk engineering plant.
Description of the development:
() I. . A technology with the introduction of the welding arc in the weld pool metal oxide nanopowders . Pressing the appropriate share of nanopowders are laid in bevels before welding. In the weld metal formed by the acicular ferrite structure , which is characterized by a combination of a high level of viscosity performance , ductility, and toughness of the metal.
II . The coatings on the basis of powder mixtures with nanoscale components ( LDCs) and the powders clad ion- plasma method . Coating formed by plasma spraying technology and electron beam napekaniem , the hallmark of which is a high technology and environmental friendliness.
III . New reinforced ceramic materials by application areas are divided into:
- High-temperature structural and functional
( cathode assemblies and the like );
- Tools ( cutting tools) ;
- Tribological ( seals hydraulic cylinders ) .
