The principle of operation is based on the fact that in hot weather the water systems and domestic water supply has a sufficiently low temperature (about 15 * C), which makes good use of its cold air conditioning . This is achieved by feeding this water pumping water immediately, but after it passes through the cooler air . While at the same time it is pumped through the air from the room , which is cooled by 4-6 * C, and the water is a little heated. In winter, the cold water tap is replaced by water from the heating system and then pumped air is not cooled and heated. And in winter the same thermal efficiency of the device is several times higher than in summer . If necessary, the entire room air , the water cooler includes not one, but several sections , which enhances its cooling capacity .
