SEWAGE-GLYCOL HEAT EXCHANGER FOR HEAT RECOVERY SEWAGE RUNOFFВ


Purpose of the development: Sewage-glycol heat exchangers are designed for use in high-performance systems, energy saving buildings, when the problem of the return of low-grade heat lost with sewage.

Recommended application field: For use in residential, public and administrative buildings.

Technical characteristic: Parameters characterizing the performance of Sewage-glycol heat exchanger mounted on one of the issues in a residential five-storey building in Kiev: - Number of warmth returns - 7.1 kW; - T wastewater entering the exchanger - 20.1 * C; - T ethylene entering the exchanger - 1.1 * C; - The internal tube diameter - 100 mm; - Length 4000 mm; - Material both coaxial pipes - high-alloyed stainless steel.

Advantages over analogues: Advantages compared to systems having capacity wastewater collection : - Ecological : no need to be near the building container filled with sewage . - Economic : significant savings areas. - Technical : decreases the volume of maintenance work . Advantages over systems that provide for the separation of waste at the " conditionally clean " and " dirty shareware " : - Economic : a full heat recovery achieved cheaper tehsredstvami . - Technical : a much simpler solution to the task at hand .

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Implemented using Sewage-glycol heat exchanger system showed high efficiency energy saving, largely providing hot water for hot water systems of the building due to free previously lost with sewage, heat.

Description of the development:

Implemented the principle of heat transfer " pipe in pipe " . Technically, this is accomplished by replacing the segment of sewer pipe on the pipe of the same diameter and performs the same function as the replacement segment ( ie not waste motion path is changing ) . However, this section of pipe becomes an inner pipe while the heat exchanger of " tube in tube" type , designed for the selection of low-grade heat wastewater. Such a special heat exchanger is in addition to the said pipe that move wastewater coaxially mounted her large diameter pipes. An annular gap of a predetermined flow section is closed and sealed bottoms , and within this gap are arranged specially designed to ensure the specified performance partitions . The annulus , against the direction of movement of sewage moves refrigerant (eg , ethylene glycol ), which extracts heat from the building removed from the liquid waste and sends it to the heat pump.
