Purpose of the development:
Spectral ratio pyrometers DPR-1 designed for contactless measurement of the actual temperature of heated objects regardless of their emissivity

Pyrometers DPR -1 certified and listed in the State Register of Ukraine at number U1308 -09 , DPR -1 pyrometers passed recertification and received a certificate of conformity and certificate number UA-MI/2r-3152-2010 UkrSEPRO № UA1.003.0173207- 11. Devices were tested for stability, reliability , ease of maintenance on many mills and factories and won tenders in comparison with foreign . They've been a long time (many more than ten years ) has been successfully applied in such enterprises as: MK PJSC "Azovstal " Company " Interpipe Niko Tube " , PJSC " Nasosenergomash" ( the amounts ), JSC "Motor Sich" , PJSC " Khartsyzsk Tube plant " , JSC" plant Druzhkovsky metal products " PrJSC " Krivoy Rog mining Equipment Plant " , JSC" Energomashspetsstal " ( Kramatorsk ), etc.
Description of the development:
() Measurement technique based on the use of the ratio of energetic brightness in two spectral bands of temperature. The calculation of this relationship , taking into account the ambient temperature and the analysis results of the peak detector are entered into the program and input to the microprocessor , which enables high-precision measurement and correction . The sensing element is a radiation receiver plane- parallel plate made from a high of polarized pyroelectric material , the opposite sides of which the sputtered electrodes . By radiation plate is heated and its spontaneous polarization is reduced, which appears to change the charge on the capacitor , which is registered . Independence of the temperature sensitivity of PED enables operation of devices based on them is not temperature . The measurement results are output to a digital display and an analog interface in the form of a current of 4 to 20mA and digitally via RC 485 or RC 232 . The communication protocol is compatible with the pyrometer teams functional modules I-7000 firm ICP DAS. For constructive implementation pyrometer combined single block device can be portable or stationary use . The device has a hole with thread M10 for stationary mounting device . In devices located charger which enables devices to operate from battery 12V or 220V .
