Description of the development:

Production of 18-30 microns thick ribbons by melt spinning. The manufacturing process includes the following core the steps of: - Thermal or thermomagnetic treatment; - Impregnation ottozhennyh cores; - Encapsulating the core in plastic boxes; - The application of a protective polymer coating or highly conducting foreign high-voltage insulation. The cores are widely used as: - Highly sensitive sensors in the flux-gate magnetometer; - Measuring current transformers of high accuracy class; - Upscale compact filters of electromagnetic noise; - Small-sized high-frequency matching transformer; - Chokes to filter ultra-small size differential. Cores are also used in electron-optical systems, information display and monitoring.
