Purpose of the development: Intended for refinement of drilling fluid from surplus clay amount and regeneration of the weighted drilling fluids in the process of oil and gas borehole drilling.

The basic junction of clayjector is the deposition horizontal centrifuge with auger-drill unloading of the sediment. With the inflow of drilling fluid into the centrifuge under the action of centrifugal forces occurs the separation of the solid phase from liquid. Unloading and discharge of centrifuge centrate (lightened liquid phase) go uninterruptedly.Clayjector includes:- centrifuge block;- pump block;- homogenizer;- start electric equipment;- connector sleeves with fast make-up connection. The installation goes with belt loader, which provides the sediment removal out of the aggregation. Pump block includes auger pump, which is operated with the help of electric motor through the V-belt transmission. Downflow weir is the by-pass, that allows to regulate the supply of the centrifuge with the drill fluid by the permanent supply of the mortar by the pump unit wherewith to drop the part of the mortar back into the container. Homogenizer secure the acquisition of homogeneous mass of dewatered sludge.
