PROGRAM-TECHNICAL COMPLEX FOR DETERMINING LEAKAGES IN THE STEAM GENERATOR ON ACTIVITY IN ACUTE 16N PAIR "NITROGEN-16-PG"


Purpose of the development: PTC PTC steam leakage control "Nitrogen-16-PG" is designed for continuous monitoring of the value of coolant leakage from the primary to secondary circuit by detecting gamma radiation isotope 16 N in the live steam. PTC provides: - Continuous monitoring of 16N activity in live steam; - Determination of the leakage in the steam generator (SG) (kg / hr); - Identification of GHG having flow; - Alerting controlled parameters of acceptable levels.

Recommended application field: Control of radiation safety.

Technical characteristic: Energy range of gamma radiation, MeV: 0,2-8,5; range of measured values of leakage, kg / h: 0.05-50.0; basic error in determining the magnitude of leakage leakage of more than 0.5 kg / h = 0.95 for the reactor power for 100% max%: 20-30; operating mode setting time, no more, h 2; continuous operation: continuous; mean time to failure, hours: 20000; average lifetime, at least, years: 30; the number of channels at least 1024.

The system includes a detection unit , which has the original heat setting system capable of maintaining a stable temperature inside the unit in the range from 25 0C to 30 0C , including and at high ambient temperatures. The software has an algorithm calculate the magnitude of leakage of primary coolant water in GHG for NPP with VVER -1000 Activity 16N. The manufacturer guarantees author's support and service throughout the life of the system . Author's support makes it possible to take into account all the requirements of Ukrainian regulations and promptly respond to the comments of operating personnel . Reliability and ease of operation . The system can operate independently of the other as a radiation monitoring systems (IBS ) and in their composition. The system is designed for WWER -1000 PTC " Nitrogen -16 -PG " designed to meet the design and operational features of nuclear power plants that operate in Ukraine.
