Principle of the device array of quartz crystal resonators covered films of organic materials - sorbents ( calixarenes , polymers ), which have different sensitivities to different classes volatile molecules that are analyzed . Due to adsorption of analyte molecules on the surface of sensitive sensors frequency of quartz resonators is reduced. This decrease in frequency and is a response of the sensor. Formed reviews array of sensors on the momentum of the analyte is used to train the system first , and then - for the recognition of chemical images using special mathematical methods stat treatment.
