HARDENING INVAR ALLOYS
Purpose of the development:
New fcc-based alloy Fe-Ni-XC (X-alloying element) has a low thermal expansion (Invar effect) in the temperature range 100-400 K and exhibits high mechanical properties and fatigue. Can be used as a material in electronics and electrical engineering, etc.
