The system of hip replacements has six positions : 1. Cementless total hip endoprosthesis "Motor Sich ETBS -1 ." Cementless hip endoprosthesis is a titanium cup with a plastic liner , a removable head and leg prosthesis. Cementless cups are available in three variants - flap , press-fit and screw-down («press-fit»). All kinds of cups include various sizes of them . Mop basin has a flange on which if necessary can be found antiprotruzionnoe ring large outer diameter. Bits of two types - a diameter of 28 mm and 32 mm , with a length varying between a neck step and a 3- mm sizes . Cementless stem fixation implants for metadiafizarnoy also presented in two versions - standard ( six sizes ) and dysplastic ( five sizes ) . Both versions have the legs for a removable seat collar , which is available in six sizes , and any of them can be used at any selected frame size legs . This gives the surgeon the ability to use both feet endoprosthesis without a collar , and with its individual selection . 2 . Total cement endoprosthesis "Motor Sich -2 ETBS " Consists of a polyethylene -type depression depression Muller , head of varying length and a diameter of 28 mm and 32 feet roughly polished standard and dysplastic types. 3 . Unipolar endoprosthesis "Motor Sich ETBS -3 ." Is a foot in diameter with heads from 42 to 56 mm ( 2 mm increments ) . Designed for replacement of fractures of the head and neck of the femur in elderly patients . 4 . Pole modular endoprosthesis "Motor Sich ETBS -4 ." It consists of a cement or cementless stem and a removable head diameter from 44 to 58 mm ( 2 mm increments ) . The head represented in the three neck lengths - (0 ) (-5 ) and ( 5 ) mm. Designed for arthroplasty for fractures of the femoral neck and has the possibility , if necessary, further transfer full ( total ) prosthesis without replacement legs in two ways: - the replacement of the head on full d = 28 or 32 mm and installing troughs Couple metal-on- polyethylene; - installing full depression without changing the head with a pair of metal -to-metal friction . 5 . Revision total endoprosthesis "Motor Sich ETBS -5 ." Has a folding leg diaphyseal fixation. Distal ( diaphyseal ) part has three sizes in length on each proximal ( metaphyseal ) element . 6. The endoprosthesis of the articular surface of the femoral head "Motor Sich ETBS -6" ( IA system Rudenko ) . This prosthesis is a full-size hemisphere of the same outer diameter and is designed to restore the articular surface of the femoral head in young patients with aseptic necrosis and its intact acetabulum . Mounted on the head of a large area of support. Has additional features a loaded plane orientation and stabilization system tensioner mechanisms. This type of prosthesis allows defer arthroplasty requiring significant bone resection . The materials used for the manufacture of implants , there are special requirements for biocompatibility , durability , lack of natural aging. All materials are authorized for use in Ukraine and Russia : for the head - cobalt -chromium- molybdenum alloy , corresponding ISO 5832-4; for legs , cups, calcar - titanium alloy VT3- 1 , corresponding to GOST 19807 ; for liner - UHMWPE type " Hirulen " corresponding to ISO 5834-2.
