MEASURING PARAMETERS OF HIGH VOLTAGE ISOLATION FPI-10


Purpose of the development: FPI-10 is designed to measure the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance C at high voltage insulation, maintenance, repair, commissioning, testing of various energy facilities both on-site to install them, and in laboratories, as well as to measure the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance different electrical insulating materials.

Recommended application field: Parameter measurement transformers.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Range capacitance measurement at the test voltage of 10 kV first sub-band from 50 pF to 500 pF ; the second sub-band from 500 pF to 50 nF ; - Range capacitance measurement at the test voltage of 5 kV : first sub-band from 100 pF to 1000 pF ; the second sub-band from 1000 pF to 100 nF ; - Maximum permissible basic error in the measurement of capacity at 50 Hz 0.5 pF 0.03 Cx ; - Maximum permissible basic error in the measurement of capacity at the frequency 54 Hz - 10%; - Voltage measure range from 1 to 10 m ; - Maximum permissible relative error in the measurement of Vrms at 50 Hz - ± 3% ; - Maximum permissible relative error when measuring RMS voltage at a frequency of 54 Hz - ± 5%.

IAS 10 allows for the measurement of "normal" / "direct " and " inverse " / " inverted " schemes of measurement that provides a measurement of the insulation objects , both isolated and with grounded conclusions. IIP -10 provides an output of measurement results on the liquid crystal display ( LCD) display unit . Communication between the high-voltage measuring unit and the display unit provided on a radio channel the frequency range 845-945 MHz, with the transmitter output power of 1 mW at a distance of 5 - 7m. Image numbers and signs on display discernible at a distance of not less than 0.8 m at ambient light from 10 to 1000 lux. FPI -10 in normal operating conditions and applications ready to work for no more than 1 minute after switching on. The duration of an energy meter is defined applied electrochemical batteries. When battery capacity 1800 mAh duration of not less than 8 hours MTBF for the working conditions of use not less than 4000 hours Average life meter - at least 8 years.
